I looked
everywhere, nobody sells it. If you can find
anywhere but a vet to get it from, (mine
told me she is not
aloud to let anyone give it but, a vet), please
let me know.
Thanks,

No reason whatsoever why a vaccine "has to be
given by a vet" unless there is some regulatory reason where there must be
documented proof that it has been administered (as in the case of rabies
vaccines for licensing purposes, or brucellosis vaccines in cattle for
compliance with disease eradication rules). Some vets won't sell
vaccines to customers at all--they prefer to keep control of them for
economic reasons. Other vets consider themselves to be more a part of
the overall health and disease prevention team for their clients, and will
subsequently happily sell vaccines to clients who they believe to be capable
of administering them. Personally, if a vet doesn't have anything
medically more important to do than to give injections, then perhaps there
is an overabundance of vets in their practice area, and/or they are not
"marketing" actual medical practice very well.
When was the last time you heard of an MD
giving a vaccination? The nurses give them all....

It's a vaccine,
has to
be given by Vet. It is given 2 times, usually
3 weeks after 1st time.
