One of my neighbors
has a place for sale. I'd love to have an endurance rider move in. 40 ac, Well
Septic, Elec. RV spot. fenced on 2 sides. Almost the end of a dirt road. Endless
riding, great conditioning area, year round ride weather. $30K, Not a typo, its
thirty K. all lots are 40 ac. and cant be divided any smaller, one
residence per lot, double wides OK no hard core restrictions, just try to
act reasonably human. Southwest NM elevation is about 4200.
Desert. Not much pasture, so expect to feed them, and don't
expect any high paying jobs. A retirement, or home based business. Any takers??
