I have been reading with interest the commentary on
Equestrian Communities.I agree with "be very careful"...I have lived in three
So. Calif. "Equestrian Communities" and they never last....they start
great....nice homes, with lots of land and "trails".....then the community
changes (10-15 years later) and the priority becomes "expensive real
estate"
Trails are lost.....connectivity to other
communities, trails and equestrian centers is also lost.....
I now live in the mountains, on a forest service
road with the Sequoia National Forest for a backyard......this should last for
my lifetime.......but there are no guarantees and nothing
is forever....Being an active equestrian
advocate is the best middle ground approach....Happy Trails to
You
