Rain Gear for the horse

I searched the archives but couldn't find anything that covered this but I 
remember someone posting that they had purchased a really good rain cover 
for their horse.  I found one from Stateline and was wondering if anyone has 
other suggestions or if anyone had used the one from Stateline and thought 
it worked well.
