Hi Folks: Vitamin E and Quinine Sulfate were a
great combination for me, alas quinine is now a bit difficult to find. The brand
which I used was produced by ATRIUM, Inc. out of PO Box 123 South Street,
Coloma, WI 54930 1 gr. ( 64.8 mg.), Vitamin E 400 I.U. and Acetate 294 mg. in a
jell cap with partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil. If you are pregnant or nursing
Consult your doctor. Discontinue if you have ring in your ears, deafness, visual
disturbances or skin rash. I used it for sever leg cramping after running with
my pre arab horse, a Tennessee walker ( good ole Caesar? yes still have him and
his is very content and sound after many years of riding.

I heard onthe news the other day to forget the painkillers, but pop some
vitamin E before you exercise, people who do have less muscle soreness than
those who take a pill.   Laurie and Rascal
