While trying to develope a propellorless drive for submarines it was
found that sea water (won't work with fresh water due to the abcense of
electrolytes) exposed to a magnetic feild could be accelerated through a
tube. The velocity depended upon the strength of the magnetic feild. Sea
water and blood serum are almost exact in chemical composition so,
magnets DO increase circulation of blood through veins and arteries
under the influence of magnetic feilds.
