    No special meeting at all - just discussion by email. We only have 2 meetings a year - the annual convention and a mid-year. the mid-year will be in salt lake City Aug. 23-25. It moves around - the last one was in Phoenix in Nov. 2001.

    We pay our own expenses to go to the meeting - airfare and lodging. Meals are provided.
