I tried to post directly to the person who inquired about a headshaking horse, but no luck. I have had a lot of (bitter) experience with this condition. There is a lot of information on headshaking on the following sites. http://www.medstats.dmu.ac.uk/headshaking/headshaking_causes.html http://www.equinevetnet.com/animalscience/behavior/papers/headshaking.html The following forum also has had a lot of discussion on the syndrome. I think you have to be a member to do a search by topic, but membership is free and easy and is a terrific site for all sorts of training and health issues. http://forums.about.com/ab-horses/messages?lgnf=y&msg=11483.1&fpi=yes If the person whose horse has the problem wants to contact me directly that would be fine, save cluttering the list.
