Hi everyone. My name is Jen COchran aand I am a brand new "potential"
endurance rider and new ride camper. If I seem completely oblivious to
anything you all are saying it's probibly because I AM! I havn't even made
my first ride yet... heck I'm still in the process of getting my horse. I
was just peeking around and thought it would be a good idea for me to learn
a bit more aobut this sport before I go and fall head first into a huge
undertaking.
I have been riding horses since I was about 8 and have wanted on since as
long as I caould remember. I am now at a point in my life where I can care
for and give a good amount of time to a horse. I have been looking for my
horse for the past 2 months(give or take a week)
Anyways, My husband and I are in South Carolina until he finishes up his
enlistment in the Marines at the end of this month. Then we will be heading
beck to our home state of Oregon, which I heaaar that has some good rides???
I won't be able to get my horse until we get back and I can't wait to
start training and do my first LD ride.
If anyone's interested in helping out a baby newbie, please ANY advise
here will be listened to.
So I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you all HI!
thanks
Jen
