Ridecamp: RE: [RC] Comments on LD - Racing

Realize that the AERC uses the word SANCTION in the
affirmative context through out the Rules and Regulations as
well as the By-laws. There fore the interpretation you used
was understandable.

The negative use of the word does not appear at any place in
the Rules on Violations and Penalties.

Thanks for setting it straight. I know in foreign policy
matters that term
is often used in that manner.
