You're right.  The Klipperts are hard to find.  I can't find
any searching through Google or Yahoo.  Even the
"usual suspect" medical supply places recommended
by AMA like stethoscope.org and steeles.com don't
have them.  Littmans (formerly Hewlitt-Packard) seem
to be the most common.
