It takes a formal protest to the AERC. This helps the RM's and you. You need to get with the other folks and put together something. RM's and the AERC can't do anything about hear say until it's done right. RM's hear a lot of complaints, each and everyone are address to the best level of the input given. But, you as riders are the ones out on the trail and experiencing it first hand. So that leaves it up to you, as the rider, to do something about it direct.
