  Sounds like another Ride Manager issue. If Ride Managers are allowed to =
  bend the rules and ignore rider complaints, this sport will suffer. Too =
  bad it takes $100. to file a complaint. Maybe AERC needs an Ethics =
  Committee.

 All the riders that saw poor sportsmanship, cutting trail, etc., should write 
 to the ride manager with copies to the office as well as the committee in 
 charge of ride management.  The ride manager has the right to refuse an entry 
 if the RM has good cause.  It is not an easy thing to do - you can never make 
 everyone happy all the time.  The above situation has happened on several 
 occasions and this needs to be handled so it does not happen again.
