[RC] subdivisions of pulls - sharp penny

I like the different subdivisions of pulls. This would
sure help both prospective buyers and sellers when looking
    at horses.
My question is probably a loaded one and I'm not trying to
stir up trouble, just honestly want to know. How does the
little person on endurance express opions on issues that
the BOD is considering putting on the "table"? Then when we
do make known our wishes, will the board vote the
membership majority vote or their personal vote? I know the
BOD is to represent everyone but how can they do that when
"everyone" dosen't know what issues will be put on the
table for consideration? If it weren't for RC I wouldn't
know the "hot issues". Maybe there should be a column in EN
on what the BOD is currently "looking" at and where or who
we can write to to give them our "vote" or at the least let
the BOD know our feelings on that subject? Or is there
already one and I'm just missing it?

    Regards,
    Penny
