That's a very good question. I hear all these people saying it's my 
choice to wear a helmet etc., and I'll live with the consequences. But 
will they realy? If they turn to an insurance company to bail them out 
when something happens it is not entirely their choice.

Since it is our insurance company that may be drug into the middle of 
this I have more than an academic interest in it. Keep me informed.
