    I didn't get stopped going into Nevada (but then I DID stop at the
border when the sign said ALL LIVESTOCK MUST STOP.  

You just need a health certificate.  With Ca plates, coming back into
CA was easy...just asked me how long I had been out of the state and
where the horses had come from....
