Actually, in the good old days of endurance riding, we didn't worry about
such things. Just peed on the horse to cool it off between water stops and
finished every 100 miler in 30 minutes flat. Of course, nowadays, you can
get one of them new-fangled devices and haul it around with your horse. It's
called an....um....what the hell was that thing called? Oh, yeah. An
air-conditioner unit. Put it on wheels and haul it behind that little
Icelandic. Keep it blowing cool air up its butt for the whole ride! Might
be better than peeing on it, but GOD I miss those days........
