Ridecamp: [RC] High Valley Ride :)

A wonderful ride, and a perfect day. Thanks to Chris and Mike Samson, and
Sharon and the dozens of others that helped put this first time ride
together. I don't think I've ever ridden a more perfect trail. Camp was in a
huge high mountain meadow, the trails circled the meadow climbing up into
the snow drifts and down into a granite studded canyon covered with yellow
balsam root. PERFECT footing the entire 50 miles, rolling ups and downs,
gorgeous scenery. The weather was also perfect - frosty waking up, sunny and
in the 60's and 70's all day. Rode with my friend Carol, Khruschev loved the
footing and cruised along happily all day. One of the most pleasant rides
I've had in a long time - a good day!
