Ridecamp: [RC] FW: Horse'n'around

Just received word of Marcus Hoff's death. Marcus was the maker of
Horse'n'around corrals, and lately he was making little welded critters. He
was wonderful. Will be dearly missed.

Dear Steph:  Have you recieved word of "Marcus" Dick Hoff's death this
Tuesday, the 21st?  We are all so shocked and saddened.  He had gone riding
on Saturday and fallen off when his saddle chinch loosened and the saddle
slipped.  They had taken him to the hospital were he stayed overnight.  He
had broken some ribs and had brused his lungs but seemed ok.  He came home
Sunday but Tuesday morning felt lightheaded and either fainted or fell.
Jennette (911)rushed him to the hospital but he died shortly after arrival.
 Thoughts are he probably had a blood clot.
	His health had not been good this winter.  In past years he had had some
small strokes.  A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday.
