RC: No Frills is NOT canceled - AREC calendar is incorrect

Actually the office says that the ride management, name, and 
a few other things changed so they didn't just modify the 
old entry.

They canceled the old entry and will be putting the changed 
information in as a new ride.

No Frills will remain there as canceled and the new ride 
will appear soon.
