RC: Re: long backed arabians

This conversation has piqued my interest, since I've always thought that
my mare, Mahriah, has a somewhat long back, but others have disagreed with
me.  She is now 11 years old, and I haven't noticed any acute lameness issues,
but she seems to move a tad stiff in back sometimes.  Not really a hock or
leg thing though...so I'm wondering if it may be a back/loin thing.  She
also was seen by a chiropracter a few months ago since she felt off at an
extended trot, and was cross-cantering a lot.  He thought her problem was
in her lower neck though, and supposedly fixed it.

Can someone take a look at my webpage with Mahriah's photos and tell me if
they think her back is considered long?  The webpage has a little photo album
thing on it, and the pictures that show her back are near the end of the
slide show.  There's only 10 pics.
