Maybe it hasn't been done yet due to inefficiency or prejudice
by the Regional Director--or some other hassle.  Or maybe Susan has not
mailed it in yet.    The ROC has always been AERC.

It is premature to worry about it since ride is in June.  It will take two
months even when in AERC office to get inprint.

The Request to have Ride sanctioning done by National Office
seems like a good idea to me, from some observations in the SE.
Read your minutes last newsletter,  page  56  EN, third column.
