Cabella's carries several showers for camping.  I bought the Hotman
Extreme.  It is easy to use and we set it up in the horse trailer.  A
friend made us a wood grid like platform to stand on when using the
shower.  You can request a catalog 1 800 237 4444.  There are a couple
of other models available but ours is item #51- 2343.  They are better
than a lake or stream but a far cry from your shower at home.  After a
week long dusty pack trip they are wonderful!
