Hi Michelle,
    You don't mention whether you prefer english or
western saddles.  If english is ok, look at the ReactorPanel saddles. 
OF connecting discs are permanently attached to both the tree and panels;
ReactorPanel's are moveable which means the fit really can be adjusted
to fit just about any horse (the tree also comes in a variety of widths
as well as custom made).  Very preliminary pressure sensing tests
have shown very low readings for RP saddles.
