My daughter is a gynecologist and she suggests getting a prescription for
DITROPAN XL from your gynecologist or urologist. Sometimes it works
immediately or takes two weeks to kick in. Depends on the individual. So
for some women you take it the day of the ride or the day before. She also
said you can retrain your bladder. E.g. at home urinate every half hour for
one week, every hour for another week-voiding on schedule. If anyone has
specific questions I will be glad to ask her. Hope this helps.
