awsome trail dog
I have got to tell you all about my Belgian Malinois pronounced Mal-en-wah.
Both Sheba and Reuger are THE best trail dogs I have ever owned. For those
of you who have not heard of the breed, they are herding dogs bred, in of
course Belgium as sheep dogs. Today they are used as herders and "drug
sniffing" narcotic police dogs.
These dogs are very devoted to their families, they are not hunters thus
tend not to wander off or chase deer as a lovable Lab would, at least I
haven't had that problem with mine on the trail. Their coloring is that of
a fawn colored shepard with black points. They have high energy, yet are
quite mellow. They really are quite smart and easy to train as trail dogs.
My daughters are in 4-H and do quite well with them doing the training!
they like to please you. I just can't say enough about the Belgian
Malinois. Please look them up on the internet.
.........LISA
