Bob,

you have a lot of good points in your note.  I will do my best to make sure 
requests like yours get presented and to report what happens in the meeting soon 
after the meeting.

Some other questions I think worth raising on the bylaws include:

Are there any cases where the bylaws are being changed that are not just for
the california alignment?

are there cases where changing for alignment now causes the original intent
of the rule to change with respect to AERC?

will the approval be an all or nothing - or is it section by section?

My understanding is that Steve Rutter has put in a lot of effort on this
and the changes have been needed for a while.
