I have the portable Blitzer SP-8904 solar fence charger from American
FarmWorks (Rochester, MN 55903-6117). They also had a battery powered model
for about half the cost of the solar. I bought mine at our local farm and
ranch store, cost $99.

I do think State Line tack and several other tack suppliers carry them.
