Teeth, worms and the XP 2001

Kind of interesting title, eh? So,

1. How often should teeth be routinely checked/filed? I say 10 - 12
months. Hubby says longer.

2. What is the best rotation for wormers? What's the timing? I don't want
to do a daily thing.

3. Anyone want to crew for me for the XP 2001? I've lost my crew and
don't know where to find one. I need
a driver who can load and unload horses. Feeding would be good.
