Thanks for sharing your experience.. sounds like the majority of the people out
there like the dressage length billets.. thanks also for the girth
recommendation! :)

I've had my Solstice for over two years now - LOVE IT!! Go with the long
billets. It gets all that bulk out from under your leg - and you aren't
always pressing a buckle into your horses side. I use a Roma gel girth -
dressage length, it has elastic on the buckles on each end to equailize the
pressure and is about 4 - 5 inches wide which helps distribute the pressure
as well. Cleans up with water - just hose off. Plus, if you change your
mind after trying the dressage length, the billets are already set up for
the shorter length/longer girth, you could just trim them. Good luck with
your new saddle, you will really like the ride!
