New features and database for the EasyCare Ride Managers Program

Garrett Ford and EasyCare/Sportack have put a lot of effort
and funds into developing a ride managers program for
the endurance community.  It's a very useful program for a
RM if they have a laptop for use at the ride - or a desktop 
at home to produce the reports.

While you are at the site to look at the program - you
should take a look around the rest of the site.  The site is 
well done and an excellent place to get your equine related 
items.

Garrett and EasyCare/Sportack certainly deserve our thanks
for developing the program and making it available at no cost.

The new program contains current accurate information on 
AERC riders and horses which can now be updated by 
downloading from the EasyCare site. Updates to the 
rider/horse database will be made available from the site 
periodically. It will be included as a CD in future Ride 
Manager packets from the office.

The new program also makes it possible to email the 
spreadsheet results to EasyCare for posting at their site 
and the results can be forwarded to the AERC office.
It produces all the paper work needed for the office if you 
want to use regular mail.

and if you presently use the software - then adding this 
update will allow future downloads that will not overwrite 
the local rider information you have already added.
