Wintec Pro Endurance

I wrote to Wintec and asked about the Pro Endurance Saddles.. This is the
reply that I got back... I am so confused!!! I was there in Sydney Australia
at their plant buying saddles and was told I could not get the Cair panels..
and then someone on the list buys one here and it came with the Cair
Panels.. I just don't understand?!
