saddle fitter needed

I am looking for someone in central or Northern California that does saddle
fitting.  I read the article someone suggest, "The Nine Points of Saddle
Fitting" and called the number at the end of the article for locating Master
Saddle Fitters, but there are none certified in California.  Does anybody
know of someone who does this??
