Tamara,
We use the Petzl with 2 bulbs, one is incandescent the other halogen.
The dimmer one is better for up close like saddling, the halogen gives 
visibility over a greater distance (like finding ribbons.)
I got ours from campmor, but it's been a couple years. www.campmor.com
