Anyone been able to make a twist for their sport saddle?

Long story short - my horse loves our sport saddle, my
hip flexors don't (my chiro and my pain told me it was
also trashing my lower back as the strain on my hip
flexors caused a ripple effect). Has anyone figured
out how to make a twist from foam to add to the seat
so it feels more like a "regular" saddle to the rider?
