Diatomaceous Earth is used by organic gardeners for pest control, however, it has to be reapplied after a rain to maintain efficacy. If this is the case, I don’t think it would be very effective in the somewhat liquidy environment of a horses stomach.
I have heard of young horses treated with this and still testing positive to worms, in fact having a large worm load. Seems like a waste of time and money even if you are using it in between wormings instead of as the deworming agent itself.
