Training to Pee on Command

Hi!  I have a little problem with my new gelding.  He will only Pee in the
trailer or in his shed.  Yes, he is a little backwards!  He was a show
horse for a long time, and while this has produced a few other good
traits, this one is really frustrating!

He is really shy about letting go, but will get so ansy that he starts to
act like he's beginning to colic.  I've done the whistling, and that
worked on my mare, but not with him.  I've had him for about a year, and
we're working toward our first 25 miler.  He's 4 1/2.
