Big correction to Regional Director nomination note

It's later in the day... and I had not realized that Maggy Price was 
one of our Directors-at-large.

I made an incorrect assumption that she was a regional director and that since I
didn't see her in the nomination - she was not running.  She was not able to make
it to the midyear meeting.

So everyone - I was incorrect in the note.  Maggy is still on the BOD
and we still all have the benefit of her experience.

Maggy - my apologies and I should quote Mark Twain on this one.
