Hello Sandy,
   This was MANY years ago - I am sure the ruling would have been  -
   'it was not ride rules per sanctioning org' related ---

   Today - the protest comm MAY support this .. however the DQ rules
   do not really apply to 'rules' outside the AERC rules.

   IF it gets tested this year we shall see.

   I was at the NC  - never saw so MANY dogs ALL over the place, and
   at the meetings  - dinners - everywhere.

   Maybe I need to run for AERC DOG WARDEN  ??
   I REALLY am qualified for that job ... past history with running -
   biting dogs in camp.
