I have premature atrial contractions...It was pretty scary when it first
started to happen (or when I first noticed it)  Turns out...it's nothing to
be concerned about...It seems to get worse with stress, lack of sleep, too
much caffeine etc.  After going through a bunch of tests, the Dr.s told me
not to worry...exercise is good...and to pretty much ignore it.
