Re: RC: Conversation starter
>>Anybody got any additions? >g<>>
I always know when my horse needs electrolytes, it's normally just after I'm told by the vet that he is dehydrated then I give him a double dose and walk him around for half an hour without water.
I don't understand why ride management won't allow me to arrive after 1:00 am and enter as I arrive and also keep a spot for me close to a toilet and watering point but far enough away from people who have little children who scream the whole night. I suffer from a rare disease that keeps me awake all night except between 2:00 am and 4:00 am so I need my sleep then.
I only shoe the back feet on all my horses because they don't need front shoes. I read somewhere in a book that a person who shoes his own horses wrote 20 years ago that horses need back shoes only because if a horse is ridden properly, he drives from behind so the back feet do all the work.
I like my horses to be fat because people will say I starve my horses, but I can't understand why his pulse doesn't come down as quickly as those other horses who look like walking hat racks.
