Ah, but I think this is a good way to alienate the folks (public agency or
private individual) whose land we are on.
If we received approval to hold a ride conditional on specific things,
we'd best comply or we'll be finding
ourselves without campsites. If I were the person who gave authorization
but said "No dogs" -- I'd be pretty
ticked if the RM came to me and said "Well, we told people "no dogs" but
they ignored us. You deal with it. "
Nuh -- uuuuhh. It'd be the last time I'd grant use to that RM.
