AERC and ECTRA miles

Can anyone that does AERC and ECTRA please tell me how to get my AERC miles that were also ECTRA sanctioned credited to my ECTRA mileage? I printed the form from ECTRA's website - do they really need the ride manager's signature or is a printout from AERC good enough? Also, I have miles from previous years. I joined ECTRA at the beginning of this year. I joined AERC before I did my first ride in 1997.
