FEI requirements

Mary Lutz has tried to clear up the FEI requirements for us.  It is 
important to note that these can change and that she
expects a new Qualification process from the FEI shortly. 
 To qualify for the 2002 WEG, 
you have from 1/1/2001 to the date of Nominated Entries for the 
Championship that is the date that Nominated Entries are sent to the OC - 
8/1/02 for WEG.  It would be impossible to say what that date would be for 
2003 PAC as we don't even have a venue yet, let alone a date.  But for 2003 
PAC, it would be from the beginning of 2002 until approximately one month 
before the Championship.
