It's not a page, its an email discussion list like this one.  You can 
probably subscribe by sending an email to 
horsescience-subscribe@yahoogroups.com - I say "probably" because yahoo 
just took over and maybe things are different now.

Tom runs a tight ship on that list.  You cannot talk about anything but 
horse science, you cannot express mere opinions without backing them up 
with science.  No flaming, no "new age" stuff w/o scientific 
justification.  You get exactly one chance, that is your signup chance, and 
if you blow it once you're banned from the list.  Very dry, but lots of info.
