No chocolate!! Horrors! <g> I usually start my day with water. I drink
a lot of water on a usual day (about 100 oz), but on ride days I tend to
drink that much just during the ride! Breakfast is usually a chocolate
power bar. Guess I'll have to try some other flavors and see if that
helps any. What do you mean by Biofeedback?
