Feet, People diet for endurance



Hi Rae: This mat sound off beat but how tight are your shoes? Feet have a
tendency to expand/swell under constant and extreme conditions. A little
looser is much better than a little tight. Where your feet have contact with
your stirrup's may also cause problems. These suggestions may not be the
cause but again the feet have the ability to cause many remote problems
including headaches.
