Have you never read the AERC By-Laws??? And you a Detractor
of the AERC????

Please look at Article IX section 2. By the way the By-Laws
accompany the AERC Rules and Regulations that are
distributed to all AERC Members.

Its AERC BOD election time.

9 open slots are under contention.

Appears there are very FEW going run .. that is only the
incumbent is
running un-opposed. I am not aware of the slots  - or
currents BOD
members that are up for re-election.  The EN  BOD list does
not show
office exp dates so I cant determine who is up for election.

NOW for ALL you hereon this list -- that are for ever
telling AERC and
the BOD HOW we should run - manage - direct - whatever  AERC
..

PUT YOUR NAME ON THE DOTTED LINE

RUN for the office ...
You know you CAN do a better job  SO GO FOR IT

Lets see  I would guess many will want to run

Anyway  you all get the point  - IF YOU can do a better job
