Cloud Nine saddle pads

Hey everyone,

For those of you that have worked with Joyce from Cloud Nine, can you e-mail me
and let me know how your transactions went?  I ordered a saddle pad at the end
of August and requested that I recieve the pad by the 8/9 which she said might
be possible.  Since then I haven't heard from her although I've called 3-4 times
and left messages.  I'm getting worried.. is this typical?  I'm not trying to
slander her name or company (because I really want the pad!) but I'm getting
concerned about my money.  If you've had experience or know what's going on with
her, could you e-mail me privately?
