You can get a blaze orange helmet cover from places like State Line Tack
(it's just one of the colors they offer).  You can also get a blaze 'vest'
(just a thin, lightweight thing that will not add warmth over your other
clothes) at places like Walmart.

I've already attached my hunting-season bells to my saddle.  It's a biothane
strip, with four large sleigh-bells, with a clip to go on a D-ring.  For
some reason, my spooky horse has never minded the bells.  I know that some
people hate them, but when we're alone (which is most of the time), they
make a nice, reassuring noise as we trot through the woods.

Oh, and sometimes I sing while we ride along.  Another thing I'd only do if
we were alone.
